Role Summary:
Provide accurate and timely administrative support to customers, account managers, and the wider commercial team, ensuring a consistently exceptional customer experience.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Uphold Givaudan’s Mission Statement, Quality Policy, and Values and Beliefs.
- Review and categorize customer emails, prioritizing urgent inquiries.
- Handle general queries from both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with local Customer Care teams to resolve order-related issues (Price/Inco).
- Build and maintain customer relationships under the guidance of key account managers.
- Work with Sales Managers to address and resolve customer queries.
- Provide general backup and business support to Key Account Manager(s).
- Ensure smooth service delivery for all customer documentation, questionnaires, product information, etc.
- Support new account setup, including linking products in the relevant system.
- Assist with the annual and ad-hoc pricing process.
- Manage the sample request process and keep account managers informed of customer requests.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports to support the account manager.
- Complete other tasks as required.
