Bilingual Spanish Customer Support

Join us as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative at Givaudan Sense Colour, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our sales and manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring superior service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate incoming orders with production and shipping to meet customer requirements efficiently.
- Process sales orders from receipt through shipment, adhering to Customer Care guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between customers, operations, and the sales team to ensure customer needs are met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely communication.
- Confirm pricing, inventory availability, and provide accurate shipping dates.
- Arrange transportation with the shipping/freight team, including managing international orders and documentation requirements.
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and handle customer returns.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer care and operational processes.
- Provide support and coverage for other team members as needed.
- Quality: Is attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems.
- Customer Service: Handles customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems politely and efficiently, always available for customers, follows procedure to solve customer problems, understands company products and services, maintains pleasant and professional image.
- Sales Team Support: Shares information with manager and team, works as part of a team, works with other departments, follows company policies and values, balances short- and long-term goals.
- Sense of Urgency: Prioritizes well, shows energy, reacts to opportunities, instills urgency in others, meets deadlines.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish: Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
